At Brandon Blackwood New York, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Place the item in its original dust bag and branded box, ensuring all protective plastics and tags are still attached before sealing the shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
